Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Runs and optimizes routing/delivery software to optimize P&D service.
• Dispatches couriers to minimize costs and ensure service integrity.
• Tracks service, safety, cost, and quality metrics for the facility.
• Investigates and responds to customer complaints.
• Reports and follows up on schedule delays, accidents, and equipment failures.
• Maintains files for equipment and regulatory compliance.
• Coaches drivers and conducts check rides for safety.
• May oversee the P&D operation when the P&D Manager is absent.
• Performs other administrative duties as needed.
