Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs and staffs daily P&D operations to meet service goals.
• Coaches drivers to improve performance and ensures safety policy compliance.
• Addresses and resolves complex customer service issues.
• Adjusts routes and schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Leads team through changing business needs and new technology, tracking KPIs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
