Job summary

America Auto Auction Group in Carmel, IN is seeking an Operations & Compliance Coordinator to manage offsite equipment auctions, verify licenses, and coordinate approvals across entities.

You will maintain state regulatory knowledge, work with counsel, and liaison with DMVs and revenue departments. A 4+ year background in compliance and licensing is required; hybrid schedule with 3-4 days in office in Carmel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in compliance, titling, or licensing in related industry.
• Familiar with wholesale auction platforms and motor vehicle rules.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of varying state-level auction regulations across expanding footprint.
• Collaborate with sales to determine auction entities and track activities across legal entities.
• Work with regulatory counsel to renew licenses.
• Review inventory to ensure proper licensing for events.
• Serve as liaison between the equipment division and state DMVs, DO Revenue, and law enforcement.
• Integrate acquired locations into the regulatory framework.
