Qualifications

• Seven years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus three years in a related area.
• Thorough knowledge of business development concepts in health care.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills for market and financial analysis.
• Advanced problem solving to assess complex issues and develop solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Written and verbal communication with executives, providers and staff.
• Ability to develop comprehensive reports and presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for five Occupational Health clinic locations.
• Monitor clinic performance, productivity, staffing, and service delivery standards.
• Serve as the primary contact for employer clients and UC San Diego Health stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external clients.
• Lead client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account management.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand services.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic growth initiatives.
• Analyze operational, financial, and client satisfaction metrics for improvement.
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to enhance workflows and service quality.
• Support contract negotiations, service agreements, and partnership development.
• Develop presentations, reports, proposals, and business cases for leadership and partners.
• Represent Occupational Health Services in client meetings and outreach.
