UC San Diego Health is seeking a Business Operations & Client Relations Manager for Occupational Health Services. You will oversee operations across five clinics, drive client partnerships, and lead strategic growth initiatives with internal stakeholders and external employer clients.

You will manage onboarding, account management, service delivery, and contract development, shaping programs, efficiency, and service quality while aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of related experience, OR a Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years related experience/training.
• Knowledge of business development concepts and health care resources.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills for market and financial analysis.
• Advanced problem solving and ability to develop solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and staff.
• Ability to develop comprehensive reports and presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and database apps.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational oversight for five Occupational Health clinic locations.
• Monitor clinic performance, productivity, staffing, and service delivery standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employer clients and key UC San Diego Health stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external clients.
• Lead client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account management.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand Occupational Health services.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute growth initiatives.
• Analyze operational, financial, and client satisfaction metrics to drive improvements.
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to enhance workflows and service quality.
• Support contract negotiations and service agreements.
• Develop presentations, reports, proposals, and business cases for leadership and partners.
• Represent Occupational Health Services in client meetings and community outreach.
