The role partners with clinical, administrative, finance and executive leaders to optimize operations, improve customer experience, and expand Occupational Health services for internal and external clients in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in the field.
• Knowledge of business development concepts in health care settings.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities for market/financial analysis.
• Advanced problem solving to address complex issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and staff.
• Ability to develop comprehensive reports and presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for five Occupational Health clinic locations.
• Monitor clinic performance, productivity, staffing, and service delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for employer clients and UC San Diego Health stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external clients.
• Lead client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account management.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand services.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and strategic plans.
• Analyze operational, financial, and client satisfaction metrics for improvements.
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to enhance workflows and service quality.
• Support contract negotiations and service agreements.
• Create presentations, reports, and business cases for leadership and partners.
• Represent Occupational Health Services in client meetings and outreach.
