OPS Budget Analyst position in the Fiscal Operations Unit of the Bureau of Mitigation at Florida Division of Emergency Management. The role assists in analyzing, tracking, and managing the bureau's budget, contractual services, and federal mitigation grant programs, including working with FEMA Hazard Mitigation Access grants. Located in Tallahassee, FL.

Key qualifications:

• Minimum four years' professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Contractual Management, or related fields
• Valid Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) certification at time of employment
• Knowledge of FEMA's Hazard Mitigation Assistance program rules and policies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Knowledge of grants management and Florida Statutes sections 215.97 and 215.971
• Ability to analyze contract/grant programmatic and financial data and communicate effectively
