Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Contractual Management, or related fields (degree may substitute).
• FCCM certification required at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and track the bureau budget, contractual services, and management costs under FEMA grants.
• Coordinate with Grant Managers and federal/state partners on budget reporting and grant closeout procedures.
• Assist in updating staffing plans and preparing for budget amendments as needed.
• Prepare reports for leadership on budget status and program performance.
