The Florida Division of Emergency Management in Tallahassee is seeking a grant manager to oversee Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA), BRIC, PDM, and related programs. You will manage contracts, scopes of work, budgets, and FEMA reporting.

Experience with state and federal grant programs, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently and travel for disaster-related duties are required. FCCM certification and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage all aspects of a grant and its implementing contract, including scope of work, budget, and reimbursements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall management of grants and projects (FMA, BRIC, PDM, and related programs).
• Review sub-applications, develop contracts, scopes of work and budgets, and monitor projects for compliance.
• Prepare quarterly progress reports and reimbursements; complete closeout reports as needed.
