Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, operations, or strategy roles, or product/ops at a startup.
• Strong process-building instincts and desire to create structure where none exists.
• Analytical mindset with ability to define and track key metrics.
• Experience working directly with customers and owning outcomes end-to-end.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication; comfortable in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement operational workflows across onboarding, claims-related processes, and ongoing support.
• Document and standardize processes with SOPs, playbooks, and internal tooling.
• Identify bottlenecks and work cross-functionally to improve efficiency.
• Define, track, and report key metrics; build dashboards to inform decisions.
• Partner with customers during onboarding and implementation; coordinate across teams.
