Qualifications

• 1+ years in operations, business support, or similar analytical IC role.
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven decisions.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and judgment over fixed playbooks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in SQL or similar data tools, or fast learner.
• Clear written communication for documenting work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of operational workstreams across Central Operations functions.
• Pull, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor key metrics and queues; drive issue resolution.
• Identify and help implement process improvements beyond documentation.
• Own day-to-day escalations and requests; decide when to resolve directly.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on ad hoc requests.
