Job summary

Crescent Energy seeks a Business Systems & Analytics Manager to lead analytics, reporting, and business systems strategy for Operations Services in the United States. You will act as the owner and administrator for core applications, drive governance, and enable data-driven decision-making across HSE, Supply Chain, Production Accounting, Fleet, and Security.

You will steer analytics strategy, partner with IT and vendors to deliver scalable solutions, and mentor analysts to improve reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, operational reporting, or process improvement.
• Experience supporting operational business functions such as HSE, Supply Chain, Production Accounting, Fleet, Security, Finance, or Operations.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, workflows, or business applications using modern analytics and digital platforms.
• Oil and gas industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business owner and administrator for Operations Services applications, including system configuration, forms, workflows, permissions, and other business-managed settings.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and implement system enhancements while serving as the gatekeeper for system changes and ensuring governance and standardization.
• Design, develop, and maintain business applications, automated workflows, and digital tools that improve operational efficiency and data accessibility.
• Partner with IT, Data & Analytics, software vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and support testing, releases, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain documentation, configuration standards, and governance processes for supported applications.
• Lead the analytics strategy for Operations Services by developing actionable insights, performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Serve as a primary analytics resource to Operations Services leadership, translating business needs into analytical solutions and recommendations.
• Develop executive reporting, scorecards, KPIs, and ad-hoc analyses that support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, executive reporting packages, and KPI visualizations.
