Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years in data analysis, BI, or business processes.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting for operations or finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy for Operations Services and develop actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reports.
• Partner with IT, Data & Analytics, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor analysts and ensure data quality, governance, and self-service reporting.
