Job summary

Crescent Energy seeks a seasoned Analytics & Digital Enablement Manager to lead the enterprise BI and analytics function from Houston. You will own platforms (Power BI, Spotfire), drive governance, and partner with IT and business stakeholders to deliver trusted reporting systems.

You will coach a team of BI analysts, oversee project backlogs, set standards, and promote self-service analytics while aligning with Crescent Energy's strategic objectives in a data-driven organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering enterprise BI, analytics, or reporting solutions.
• 3+ years in leadership of BI/analytics teams.
• Proven experience partnering with business stakeholders to deliver business value.
• Experience establishing enterprise reporting governance, change management, and analytics standards.
• Oil and gas industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise BI and Analytics function, set standards and delivery processes.
• Govern and administer Power BI, Spotfire, and related analytics platforms.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Data Engineering to ensure governance and security.
• Own analytics project backlog and coordinate with data engineers and business stakeholders.
