Job summary

Crescent Energy seeks a senior analytics leader to guide Operations Services analytics, deliver dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions across a broad set of functions. You will partner with IT, Data & Analytics, and business stakeholders to implement scalable solutions and governance.

Responsibilities include developing executive reporting, KPIs, and ad-hoc analyses, while mentoring analysts and promoting self-service BI across Operations Services. Oil and gas experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years in data analytics, BI, or business reporting.
• Experience supporting operational business functions in oil and gas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy for Operations Services with dashboards and reporting.
• Develop executive reporting, KPIs, and ad-hoc analyses for leadership.
• Maintain Power BI dashboards and ensure data quality and governance.
