Job summary

ElectroCraft, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to optimize ERP applications, reporting platforms, SQL data solutions, and Power BI analytics across manufacturing, finance, and supply chain.

You will partner with leaders, users, and IT to deliver scalable system improvements and accurate reporting. The role emphasizes hands-on ERP support (Dynamics AX/D365 or similar), BI/reporting development, and data integration across multi-site operations, with a focus on driving performance

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in business systems analysis and ERP support in manufacturing.
Hands-on Power BI and SQL development, data modeling, query development, and troubleshooting.
Experience supporting ERP applications such as Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, or comparable systems.
Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, finance, supply chain, and operational business processes.
Ability to gather requirements, document processes, analyze gaps, test solutions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as a primary ERP support and analysis resource for ERP applications, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 or comparable ERP platforms.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, SQL-based reports, SSRS reports, and recurring business reporting packages.
Design and optimize SQL queries, views, stored procedures, datasets, and data models supporting reporting and analytics.
Support data flows between ERP, reporting systems, manufacturing applications, EDI, shop-floor systems, inventory tools, and third-party apps.
Identify and implement process improvements, controls, and user adoption strategies; mentor junior analysts.
