BayMark Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Treatment Center Director/Program Director for MedMark Treatment Centers.

The role leads a diverse team of nurses, counselors and staff to deliver opioid treatment services while maintaining day-to-day clinic operations. The candidate will supervise staff, ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory bodies, and drive census growth through strategic initiatives and partnership development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a clinical program or department.
• Understanding of clinic operations in healthcare.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, federal/state/CARF/JCAHO standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manage clinic operations to budgeted results.
• Interview, hire and train clinic staff.
• Supervise personnel and provide coaching as needed.
• Coordinate with Medical Director, regulatory bodies and admin teams.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements to census and quality.
