Job summary

MedMark Treatment Centers is seeking an accountable, process-oriented Treatment Center Director to lead the Opioid Treatment Program and its diverse team of clinicians and staff. You will oversee daily operations, performance, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced outpatient clinic.

The role demands strong leadership, budget oversight, and the ability to drive improvements in patient care and census growth while maintainingHIPAA and CARF/JCAHO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Significant experience in clinical program administration and operations.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations (CARF/JCAHO, SAMHSA, DEA).
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and personnel supervision skills.
• Strategic thinker with initiative and ability to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and achieve performance targets for the OTP clinic.
• Oversee staffing, interviewing, hiring and staff development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage filings/licensure/approvals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop reports on KPIs and drive census growth.
• Coordinate with Medical Director, compliance, QA/QI and marketing.
