Job summary

MedMark Treatment Centers in the Uniontown area seeks a Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead the Opiate Treatment Program and manage daily operations. The role will oversee nurses, counselors, and staff while ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to policy.

You will drive regulatory compliance, budgeting, staffing, and performance metrics and collaborate with Medical Director and QA/QI teams to improve outcomes and census growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience administering a clinical program.
• Understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manage OTP clinic operations to budgeted/planned results.
• Interview, hire, and train clinic staff.
• Supervise personnel and provide coaching or termination as needed.
• Ensure compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA and other regulations.
• Develop reports on KPIs and monitor performance.
• Drive census growth and partner on critical relationships.
