Job summary

MedMark Treatment Center Centers in the United States is seeking an accountable Treatment Center Director to lead the Opiate Treatment Program operations, supervise a multidisciplinary team, and ensure quality patient care while meeting budget and regulatory requirements.

You'll work with Medical Director, Compliance Manager and QA/QI teams to maintain CARF/JCAHO standards, develop reports on KPIs, and drive census growth through efficient processes and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience as an administrator of a clinical program.
• Understanding of HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Ability to supervise and manage personnel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates and drives performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manages OTP clinic operations to budgeted results.
• Participates in interviewing, hiring, and training staff.
• Evaluates, counsels and terminates subordinate personnel as needed.
• Provides direction to clinic staff and communicates corporate goals.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory bodies (SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA).
• Identifies cost-saving opportunities and drives efficiencies.
• Develops reports on KPIs and reacts to results.
• Collaboration with OTP Medical Director and QA/QI teams.
