Job summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead our Opiate Treatment Program region. This role requires strategic planning, fiscal oversight, and the alignment of multiple clinics, nurses, counselors and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will collaborate with Center Directors to monitor performance, manage budgets, drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• Experience in outpatient settings with multi-site responsibility.
• Knowledge of opioid treatment programs and related regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• References and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction to Treatment Center Directors.
• Leads change and communicates vision.
• Oversees budget planning and profitability.
• Manages regional book of business and identifies market opportunities.
• Mentors staff and drives performance management.
• Collaborates with senior leadership on strategic planning.
