Job summary

BAART Programs is seeking an accountable Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead the Opiate Treatment Program in our California clinic. You will manage a diverse team of nurses, counselors and support staff, ensuring high quality patient care and efficient daily operations.

You will oversee regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA and CARF/JCAHO, drive census growth, monitor KPIs and collaborate with Medical Director and QA/QI teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as an administrator of a clinical program.
• Understanding of HIPAA and regulatory standards (HIPAA, CARF, JCAHO).
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel.
• Ability to work autonomously and develop benefits for the company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manages OTP clinic operations to budgeted results.
• Interviews, hires, trains clinic staff and evaluates personnel.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA, and others.
• Drives census growth and builds critical relationships to support growth.
• Develops and monitors KPIs for clinic performance and reports insights.
