BAART Programs in California is seeking a Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead a diverse team of nurses, counselors, and staff in an OTP clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient daily operations in Sacramento.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, regulatory compliance, and strategic development to drive census growth while maintaining HIPAA and CARF/JCAHO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Understanding of clinic operations, with significant time working in substance abuse.
• Understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards and regulations.
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel.
• Strategic thinker able to recommend solutions, execute and monitor results.
• Self-starter, able to work autonomously and generate ideas for the company.
• Customer service focused, energetic and proactive.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
• Oversee OTP clinic operations to budgeted/planned results.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring and training of clinic staff.
• Evaluate, counsel and terminate subordinate personnel as needed.
• Provide direction to clinic staff and relay corporate goals and objectives.
• Work with staff to meet performance goals and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA and filings.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiencies.
• Develop reports on KPI and drive census growth.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and QA/QI on compliance and improvement.
• Maintain policy and procedure manuals and training.
• Maintain patient, employee and company confidentiality.
