Job summary

MedMark Treatment Center Centers is seeking an accountable leader to direct the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP). The role oversees nurses, counselors and staff, ensuring daily operations meet performance targets while maintaining patient care standards.

The Director will collaborate with the Medical Director and QA/QI teams, ensuring HIPAA compliance and regulatory adherence while driving census growth and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Experience administering a clinical program
• Understanding of HIPAA and health regulations
• Strong leadership and supervision skills
• Ability to manage regulatory compliance and reporting
• Experience managing budget and census growth

Responsibilities

• Oversees operation and performance of the OTP clinic
• Manages OTP clinic operations to budgeted results
• Leads hiring, training and supervision of clinic staff
• Ensures compliance with regulatory bodies (SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA, etc.)
• Develops and tracks performance indicators and reports
• Partners with Medical Director, Psychiatric consultant and QA/QI teams to improve quality and growth
• Maintains policy and procedure manuals and staff training initiatives
• Protects patient, employee and company confidentiality
