Job summary

MedMark Treatment Center in Columbus, OH is seeking a Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead the OTP operations, manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance and drive patient census while maintaining daily clinic performance.

The role collaborates with Medical Director, Compliance Manager and QA/QI teams to uphold HIPAA, CARF/JCAHO standards, oversee budgeting, hiring, training and policy updates, and deliver excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and extensive experience leading clinical programs.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and federal/state regulatory requirements (CARF/JCAHO).
• Proven ability to supervise staff, manage budgets and drive performance.
