Job summary

Taft Brown Associates is seeking a Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead the Opiate Treatment Program clinic. You will supervise nurses, counselors, and staff, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to regulations.

This role requires a strong leader who can align daily practices with corporate goals and maintain high standards of patient care. You will work with medical and compliance teams to monitor performance, drive census growth, and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Understanding of clinic operations, with significant time working in the field of substance abuse
• Understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards & regulations
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel
• Strategic thinker capable of recommending alternatives, executing and monitoring
• Self-starter who can work autonomously and generate ideas for the company
• Customer service focused, energetic and attentive to patient care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and performance of the Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) clinic
• Manage OTP clinic operations to budgeted/planned results
• Interview, hire, and train clinic staff
• Evaluate, counsel, and terminate subordinate personnel as needed
• Provide direction to clinic staff and relay corporate goals to field personnel
• Ensure compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA and other regulations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiencies
• Develop reports on KPIs and respond to performance results
• Collaborate with OTP Medical Director and Compliance Manager
• Maintain policy and procedure manuals and clinic operations manuals
• Promote patient confidentiality and staff integrity
• Engage in community relations and census growth activities
• Lead culturally diverse hiring to meet future clinic needs
• Support performance improvement processes and QA/QI activities
