BAART Programs seeks an accountable Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead a diverse team of nurses, counselors, and staff in an Opiate Treatment Program. This role oversees daily operations, staff hiring/training, and regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, and HIPAA requirements.

The position emphasizes census growth, budget adherence, and performance improvement through collaboration with Medical Director, Compliance Manager, and QA/QI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of clinical program teams and performance.
• Understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards.
• Strong organizational and supervisory capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with autonomy to drive improvements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the OTP clinic to budgeted results and ensure performance.
• Hire, train, and evaluate clinic staff; provide guidance to team.
• Ensure compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA and regulatory filings.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to leadership; collaborate with Medical Director.
