Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of specialty sales experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Experience selling biologics and buy-and-bill products within specialty healthcare settings.
• Strong understanding of reimbursement programs, government programs, managed care, formulary processes, and contract negotiations.
• Ophthalmology sales experience preferred, with retina-focused experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with physicians, retina specialists, and other key customer stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, account management capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex customer and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Relocation assistance is not provided.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 40-60% of the time in support of customer and business needs.

Responsibilities
