Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of specialty sales experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Proven record of high sales performance and achieving territory goals.
• Experience selling biologics and buy-and-bill products in specialty settings.
• Strong understanding of reimbursement programs, government programs, managed care, formulary processes, and contract negotiations.
• Ophthalmology sales experience preferred; retina-focused experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to build strategic relationships with physicians, retina specialists and key stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, account management capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% and reside in the Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow strategic relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, and key customer accounts throughout the territory.
• Execute territory business plans to achieve sales objectives and support growth of Regeneron’s ophthalmology portfolio.
• Educate healthcare providers on clinical data, product benefits, patient identification, and treatment pathways.
• Partner with customers to identify opportunities that enhance patient access and improve outcomes.
• Navigate complex account environments with strong business acumen and strategic account management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer needs and deliver valuable solutions.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and territory dynamics to inform planning.
• Manage a geographically dispersed territory while balancing engagement, objectives, and travel.
