Qualifications

• One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter (in person or via phone)
• Answer phones (external and internal) and ensure courteous service at all times
• Manage patient flow in the office to support efficient visit scheduling
• Collect correct payments and knowledge of common visit fees
• Perform daily reconciliations and close day cash drawer
• Assist with general office duties as assigned by manager
