Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of related experience or training.
• Favorable background check result required.
• Proficient with common office software and patient communications.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients in person or by phone.
• Answer phones, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly.
• Facilitate patient flow and manage check-in/out.
• Verify medical and vision insurances and collect payments.
• Complete daily reconciliations and office duties as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and managers.
