Keplr Vision in Louisville, KY is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to provide top-tier client service and patient care at the practice. This is a full-time, front-desk role where you will speak with patients on the phone, schedule appointments, greet patients, and manage check-in and check-out processes.

This position requires excellent customer service and professional presentation. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train someone with strong service skills and a desire to learn.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience preferred, but training may be provided for strong customer-service candidates.
