• Reliable transportation to work at multiple locations.
• Commitment to work over 40 hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgery and pre-surgery education for patients and coordinate with facilities.
• Schedule and coordinate pre-op appointments with patients and caregivers.
• Check patient charts for insurance benefits, prepare cost summaries and counsel patients on finances.
• Counsel patients on Physician Fee and Eye Surgery Center costs and payments.
• Follow up on and collect surgery payments.
• Other duties as assigned.
