Valley Health in Ridgewood, NJ is seeking a front desk professional to handle patient check-in/check-out and support for the practice team. The role requires prior customer service/data entry experience and basic office management skills.

The position involves computer literacy and interaction with patients and staff in a healthcare setting. The successful candidate will contribute to a high-quality patient experience, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to rotating assignments across VMG

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of previous customer service/data entry, administrative/office management/clerical experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a formal coursework in office management, database management or business.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Performs front desk activities that support the Practice and professional staff and essential services (checking-in, checking-out, etc.).
• Rotates to other VMG locations when necessary.
