Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of coursework in office management, database management or business is preferred.
• Computer literacy required.
• Six months of customer service/data entry/clerical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs front desk activities (checking-in, checking-out) and other essential services as directed by Practice Manager.
• Supports staff and patients with courteous, compassionate service and maintains confidentiality.
