The role requires a high school diploma and at least six months of customer service or clerical experience. Flexibility with a rotating schedule and commitment to confidentiality are key.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal coursework in office management, database management or business.
• Six months of customer service, data entry, administrative/clerical experience.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of front desk activities to support the Practice and staff as directed by the Practice Manager.
• Checking-in and checking-out patients and related administrative tasks.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide courteous, high-quality service.
