This field-based senior role leads Regional Business Leaders to execute sales and marketing strategies, allocate resources, and develop talent to maximize patient impact with IZERVAY in ophthalmology. The role requires building high-performing teams, managing budgets, and driving cross-functional collaboration across market access, field teams, and national brands.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 10+ years U.S. pharmaceutical selling experience with leadership/management.
• Ophthalmology/Retina experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Regional Business Leaders and drive area sales goals.
• Develop and execute regional sales and marketing plans.
• Oversee budget, allocate resources, and monitor performance against targets.
• Recruit, coach, and develop field-based managers and reps.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethical standards across the region.
• Collaborate with Market Access and national teams to optimize patient access.
