Job summary

Thea Pharma Inc. in the United States is seeking a Territory Manager to drive adoption and revenue for the iVIZIA dry eye portfolio across a defined geographic area.

You will be the primary field representative to optometrists, dry eye clinics, and optical retailers, delivering product education and building long-term relationships. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, hands-on sales professionals who thrive in eye-care settings and can travel within the territory daily, with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience in OTC, pharmaceuticals, buy-and-bill, or medical devices.
• Eyecare experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of optometric practice operations and patient recommendation behavior.
• Proven success in territory management and driving sales results.

Responsibilities

• Territory execution: meet/exceed sales goals, conduct in-office visits, and drive product recommendations.
• Customer engagement: build consultative relationships and deliver demonstrations and training.
• Business planning: manage routing, call planning, and budgeting to maximize reach.
• Cross-functional collaboration: align with sales leadership, marketing, and medical teams.
