Job summary

Thea Pharma Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive in-office adoption and retail performance of the iVIZIA dry eye portfolio across a defined geographic territory.

You will engage optometrists, dry eye specialists, and optical retailers, deliver product education, and develop long-term relationships that support revenue growth. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, relationship-driven sales professionals who thrive in the eye-care environment and can influence clinical and retail behaviors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of sales experience in OTC consumer health, pharmaceuticals, buy and bill, or medical devices preferred.
• Eyecare experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of optometric practice operations and patient recommendation behavior highly valued.
• Demonstrated success in territory management, customer relationship building, and driving sales results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory on a daily basis.
• Self-starter with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Territory Sales Execution: Achieve and exceed territory sales goals, activity metrics, and distribution targets.
• Customer Engagement & Education: Build consultative relationships, deliver product demonstrations, education, and training.
• Business Planning & Territory Management: Manage routing, call planning, segmentation, and analyze data to identify opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Regional Sales Manager and marketing, provide voice of customer feedback.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain compliance, manage travel budget, participate in trainings.
