Job summary

Rayner Surgical Group in Georgia is seeking a Territory Manager to drive surgical device sales, grow market share, and execute strategic territory plans for Rayner’s Surgical, IOL, and OSD products while maintaining current business.

You will build surgeon and hospital relationships, deliver compelling product demos, and collaborate with regional teams to optimize performance. A degree, strong relationships, and a valid driver's license are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent.
• Strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Effectively build networks inside and outside of organisation.
• Experience in selling medical devices in operating room / clinical environments.
• Valid driver's license.
• Fluency in local language.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the ownership and delivery of territory revenue targets by driving sales of company and partner products, expanding market share, and identifying new growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Accountable for the development and retention of key customer relationships, acting as a trusted product expert to maintain existing business and grow account value across the territory.
• Grow and maintain assigned accounts, collaborating with Regional and Country Managers.
• Develop key surgeon and hospital stakeholder relationships.
• Drive sales of Surgical, IOL, and OSD products while maintaining existing business.
• Deliver professional sales demos and educational sessions.
• Monitor competitors, identify opportunities, and plan territory strategy.
