Job summary

Rayner is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales and market growth across assigned accounts in the United States. The role focuses on expanding market share, building trusted relationships with surgeons and hospitals, and delivering strategic territory plans for sustainable revenue and profit growth.

You will sell Surgical, IOL, and OSD products, deliver demos and educational sessions, monitor competitors, and collaborate with Regional and Country Managers to optimize territory performance.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent.
• Strong customer relationships and delivering customer centric solutions.
• Effectively build networks inside and outside of organisation.
• Experience in selling medical devices in operating room / clinical environments.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fluency in local language.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver territory revenue targets by driving sales of company and partner products.
• Develop and retain key customer relationships, acting as a trusted product expert to grow account value across the territory.
• Grow and maintain assigned accounts, collaborating with Regional and Country Managers.
• Develop key surgeon and hospital stakeholder relationships.
• Drive sales of Surgical, IOL, and OSD products while maintaining existing business.
• Deliver professional sales demos and educational sessions.
• Monitor competitors, identify opportunities, and plan territory strategy.
