Job summary

Iantrek is seeking a dynamic Surgical Glaucoma Manager to lead territory growth in Colorado and beyond. You will drive adoption of AlloFlo Uveo and C.Rex, build relationships with ophthalmic surgeons, and translate clinical benefits into patient access.

Collaborate with marketing, training, and clinical teams to onboard surgeons, maintain CRM pipeline, and achieve aggressive sales targets while upholding Iantrek's values of trust and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ophthalmic sales or medical devices.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong clinical knowledge to discuss procedural and patient-care benefits.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel within territory and nationwide as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AlloFlo Uveo and C.Rex across assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan aligned with market dynamics and corporate goals.
• Understand market access and gain approvals for product use.
• Build relationships with ophthalmic surgeons and practice staff.
• Represent Iantrek at congresses, wet labs, and local events.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support surgeon onboarding and utilization.
• Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure pipeline visibility and accountability.
• Deliver on sales goals while upholding Iantrek's values of trust, accountability, and collaboration.
