Job summary

Sun Ophthalmics seeks an Account Manager for New Orleans to drive ophthalmic product growth across target physicians and healthcare settings. You will deliver compliant, education-focused messages, build strong relationships with HCPs, and collaborate with a regional team to execute business plans, forecast demand, and meet market objectives while representing the Sun Ophthalmics brand with integrity.

Domestic travel will be required to cover the assigned territory, and you will be responsible

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a scientific field.
• Two+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Two+ years of specialty pharmaceutical experience preferred, Ophthalmology experience preferred.
• Experience selling within healthcare institutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with target HCPs.
• Deliver MLR-approved, education-focused messages and disease-state information.
• Business planning and execution for the assigned territory.
• Enhance HCP awareness of Sun Ophthalmics products, clinical data, safety and efficacy.
• Equip HCPs with tools to facilitate robust conversations with patients.
