Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and strong leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience deploying Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement programs.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of capital project planning and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directs Manufacturing Engineering and Continuous Improvement activities.
• Oversee 3rd party maintenance and CI initiatives across the plant.
• Develop and implement operations structure to support profit plans and CIF/ELSS.
• Plan training to achieve manufacturing excellence and lean goals.
• Drive safety compliant practices and incident prevention.
• Lead capital planning to improve plant capability and efficiency.
• Coordinate with corporate initiatives and drive best practices.
