Job summary

HMH has an opening for a Production Lead Operator in Houston, TX. The role supports our high-performance production line with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You will work with our experienced team to ensure quality and timely output.

Qualified candidates bring at least 3 years of rubber molding experience, familiarity with BOMs, and forklift certification. The job requires working extended hours with occasional weekends and adherence to HSSE standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Minimum 3 years of related rubber molding.
  • Experience with Oracle or SAP.
  • Knowledge of rubber mixing and molded parts.
  • Certified to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a fast-paced, noisy production environment.
  • Understand parts requirements from BOM (ePIMS).
  • Follow basic safety regulations and observe housekeeping cleanliness.
  • Operate shop equipment such as overhead crane/forklift where applicable.
  • Maintain regular attendance and support production objectives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ability to work, focus and thrive in a very fast paced and noisy work environment.

  • Ability to understand part's requirement from BOM (ePIMS)

  • Ability to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.
  • Safely operate shop equipment such as overhead crane/forklift, where applicable
  • The employee must regularly lift, push, pull and/or move up to 30 lbs. and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at a level sufficient to understand safety instructions, complete required documentation, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to HMH Values, Compliance, Integrity and HSSE.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance and performance to meet production and business needs.
  • Demonstrated willingness to complete all tasks to support production and business objectives.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Additional Information

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status. No relocation assistance.

5:00AM - 1:30PM Monday through Friday (sometimes - shift will begin earlier than 5:00AM and/or end later than 1:30PM), some Saturday's and Sunday's maybe required. Most Production working areas are covered and inside but are not air-conditioned. Fans and heaters are used as needed.
