HMH has a Production Lead Operator opening in Houston, TX. The role leads daily production in a fast-paced setting, ensuring safety and efficiency while coordinating with team members. This position requires hands-on experience in rubber molding and preferred Oracle or SAP knowledge.

The candidate should have a High School diploma or GED and be able to operate a forklift. The shift runs 5:00AM–1:30PM, with occasional overtime on weekends to meet production goals.

Qualificações

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of related rubber molding
  • Preferred: experience with Oracle or SAP; forklift operation certification

Responsabilidades

  • Work in a fast-paced, noisy environment while maintaining focus.
  • Maintain high attention to detail with numbers.
  • Work extended hours and some weekends as required.
  • Understand part requirements from BOM (ePIMS).
  • Operate shop equipment such as overhead crane/forklift when applicable.
  • Read, write, and communicate in English to understand safety instructions and documentations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ability to work, focus and thrive in a very fast paced and noisy work environment.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy with numbers.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy and order.
  • Able to work extended hours and weekends.
  • Ability to understand part’s requirement from BOM (ePIMS)
  • Follow basic safety regulations & observe housekeeping cleanliness
  • Ability to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.
  • Safely operate shop equipment such as overhead crane/forklift, where applicable
  • The employee must regularly lift, push, pull and/or move up to 30 lbs. and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at a level sufficient to understand safety instructions, complete required documentation, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to HMH Values, Compliance, Integrity and HSSE.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance and performance to meet production and business needs.
  • Demonstrated willingness to complete all tasks to support production and business objectives.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Minimum 3 years of related rubber molding
  • Preferred Qualifications
    Experience with Oracle or SAP.
  • Knowledge of rubber mixing and molded parts.
  • Certified to operate a forklift.

Additional Information

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
  • No relocation assistance.
  • 5:00AM – 1:30PM Monday through Friday (sometimes – shift will begin earlier than 5:00AM and/or end later than 1:30PM), some Saturday’s and Sunday’s maybe required.
  • Most Production working areas are covered and inside but are not air-conditioned. Fans and heaters are used as needed.
