About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 3, Bakery - Production to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 3, Bakery - Production, you will be accountable for operating automated production and packaging equipment, ensuring product quality, food safety, and production efficiency standards are met. This role plays a key part in maintaining seamless production operations, supporting equipment performance, and contributing to a safe, team‑oriented manufacturing environment.

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Equipment operation, product knowledge, and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing production requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous food manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating automated production or packaging equipment.
