About The Role

We are seeking an Operator 2, Bakery – Depanner - 3rd Shift to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 2, Bakery – Depanner - 3rd Shift, you will be accountable for operating and adjusting bakery production equipment to support efficient production operations while ensuring products consistently meet quality, food safety, and production standards. This role is critical to maintaining production flow, supporting equipment performance, and delivering high-quality baked goods to customers.

• Weekend Availability: Required

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Operate and adjust bakery production equipment to support efficient and reliable production operations.
• Monitor product quality and food safety standards to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Complete production records and operational documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with GMP standards.
• Troubleshoot and communicate equipment or production issues to support operational continuity.
• Support equipment startups, changeovers, and daily production activities.
• Follow established recipes, processes, and GMP requirements to ensure product consistency.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring To The Table)

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Basic equipment troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients For Success)

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food manufacturing or food production environments.
• Familiarity with automated production equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience working with production schedules, changeovers, and run orders.
