Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure product quality and food safety compliance.
• Set up, start, stop, and perform equipment changeovers to support production schedules and recipe requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation to support operational efficiency and compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and product issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with GMP and food safety standards.
• Support production and packaging operations across multiple bakery areas based on business needs.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About The Role

We are seeking an Operator 3, Bakery Production - 1st Shift to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 3, Bakery Production - 1st Shift, you will be accountable for operating and adjusting automated production and packaging equipment while ensuring products consistently meet quality and food safety standards. This role is vital to maintaining efficient production flow, supporting equipment reliability, and driving operational performance across multiple bakery production areas.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 1st Shift
• Hours: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
• Weekend Availability: Required

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure product quality and food safety compliance.
