Aspire Bakeries LLC in Cayce, SC is seeking an Operator 1, Bakery-Production to run production and packaging equipment and support safe, efficient bakery operations. You will maintain product quality, follow GMP and food safety procedures, and work with a collaborative team to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work weekends/holidays/overtime as required.
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging equipment to support daily manufacturing operations.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with established specifications and standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with GMP and food safety requirements.
• Identify and communicate food safety, quality, maintenance, and production concerns promptly.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety procedures to ensure product integrity.
• Support production schedules and running orders to maximize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production, safety, and quality objectives.

About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 1, Bakery-Production to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 1, Bakery-Production, you will be accountable for operating production and packaging equipment while supporting safe, efficient bakery operations. This role is essential to maintaining product quality, food safety compliance, and achieving daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Operate production and packaging equipment to support daily manufacturing operations.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with established specifications and standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with GMP and food safety requirements.
• Identify and communicate food safety, quality, maintenance, and production concerns promptly.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety procedures to ensure product integrity.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team environment.

• Experience in food manufacturing or food production environments.
